The expert acts independently in all good conscience and is not subject to any outside pressure or influence of any nature. His mission is conducted in the utmost impartiality. The expert settles his fees proportionally to the difficulties, to the nature of the mission, to the extent of his responsibilities and to the importance of the litigation. He fulfils his mission with the minimum of expenses and tries hard to realize this mission in the minimum of time compatible with the nature of the affair. The expert always proceeds with all code of ethics.
